Interview - Warpath

1.Noisy greetings of Perú,Marta! How going the things in Warpath?
Hi! thanx a lot for writing us! at the moment we're doing some lives in Italy after a year of practise and some changes in the band line up. Slavo is now playing the bass and Ricky has taken on Martina's place on one of the voices. we are adapting to the new line up by changing the outline and writing a couple new songs.

2.Tell us how is form this chaotic band of raw hc crust called Warpath? Hows been the begings?
approximately 10 years ago Land of Devastation (Marta, Lore), another newborn project (from which we took the name / Lore, Lele) and some close friends all came together and created what we call "Warpath family". 
Today, after several changes in the line up, we are: Lore (drums), Slavo (bass guitar), Happy and Lele (guitars), Marta and Ricky (voices).

3.Discography of Warpath till moment?
we recorded for the first time in 2010 and those songs are on a 7" split LP with the band NIS (origini d'odio/nel dilagare della follia), and in some compilations (punk4free, crust against nuclear, disegni matti fanzine). we made some cd's for our tours in France and Spain in 2011 and 2014 with some studio and live recordings. 
Oblio, which is the vinyl we're sending you, is the only Warpath album, it was recorded in 2014 with the old line up and released in 2015. fun fact abut the album: we were high while recording!

4.Loud influences at Warpath?
beer, drugs and d-beat!
being serious, there are some bands we all like and feel related to, the main being Disrupt, Wolfpack, Wretched..

5.Some members of Warpath have another proyect paralell?
yes! Slavo also plays in the bands Merkel Market and Butalco DC. Happy plays with the glamrockers Black Dög. 
In the past, Lore and Ricky were also playing with Arbor Serpit while Lele was the guitarist in Logica di Morte and Sedlec. 

6.Explain some more about actual hardcore crust scene from your city and recommend some bands.
right now in the city theres not many of us... we are the only Milano band playing crustpunk and we're proud of it! 
But in Milan there's always a couple places to live and visit... like the historical circolo Ponte della Ghisolfa, casa Brankaleone (a squatted home of friends) and,  outside the city area, Boccaccio (that is also a squatted place). they are like second homes for us! 
some bands of the scene from the city surroundings are Feral Thrust, Motron, Overcharge.
from Milano our friends from Sempre Peggio (Milano Oi), other bands from the outside city area are Ostile, Noia. 

7.Warpath knows hardcore crust scene of Southamerica?
we know some bands like Abuso Sonoro, Altercado, Los Dolares, Agrotoxico, Besthoven, Antimaster, Whipstriker... 

8.Stuff avaliable of Warpath at the moment? where the punxs can find the stuff?

9.Morbid future plans?
we don't like making plans, we don't ever stick to them so we don't have any! 
maybe a small tour in Spain this summer. we will record again with this line up in the future, thats for sure!
