1.How are you Paulo! all brutal in Ação Direta?
I'm find, thanks and here working very hard with AÇÃO DIRETA !!!
We have a new album now called WORLD FREAK SHOW !
It was recorded in MR SOM estudio in São Paulo and we worked with the guys of KORZUS , Pomeu and Heros like producers
They are very fucking great producers and this is our 25 yours old album !
We have nice special guests in like ALEX from KRISIUN , Pompeu from KORZUS , Vlads from ULSTER , Rodrigo from DEAD FISH , João Kombi from TEST
and guys from ET MACACO !

2.Ação Direta have a long history in the brasilian hardcore scene,please tell us how is formed Ação Direta.
We started in 1987 in the midle of HARDCORE and METAL scene of ABC Area, industrial rgiom from São Paulo, Brasil.
In the beginning we star like a power trio and i use to "try " to play guitar and singer at the same time.
With this line up we played lots of gigs and recorded our firt demo tape called " TEMOS QUE AGIR " in 1988 !  
And............. never stops after it !  Times run fast and hewre we are, celebrating 25 years with never stoped !

3.Tell me how was the old hardcore scene in Brasil? tell me old bands please.
Well ,lots of things changed ! I remember lots of wild bandas in the beginning.
Here in ABC Area whe have legends like DEFLAGRAÇÃO ATOMICA , HINO MORTAL, ULSTER , LIBERTAÇÃO RADICAL and metal bandas like
NECROMANCIA , COVA , MX , HAMMERHEAD and others.
In São Paulo , bandas like RATOS DE PORÃO, OLHO SECO , PSYCHIC POSSSESSOR , SOCIALCHAOS , ARMAGEDOM , AGROTOXICO , LOBOTOMIA and others and metal bands
like ANTHARES, KORZUS , VULCANO and others.
And we had bands in others states and diferent citys of Brasil linke KARNE KRUA (SE) , CAMBIO NEGRO HC (PE) , BSB-H (DF) , DESORDEIROS (RJ) and metal
bands like SEPULTURA (MG) , DORSAL ATLANTICA (RJ) and others.

Whe are free and open mind to written about lots of topics and usually mix reality and existencialism.
I like to write about humanity , society , evolution , personal fights , dreams , drugs , politics , crazy histories , road , points of view
and about our life style !!!  Not move flags and bla bla bla !

5.Influences?
First of all, GOD MUSIC !
HARDCORE around the world , METAL , PUNK , ROCK N ROLL , GROOVE , GRIND CORE , SKATE ROCK , etc ! Its it !
I can listen some bands like SLAYER , RAMONES , RATOS DE PORÃO , BIOHAZARD , KRISIUN , MOTORHEAD , NAPALM DEATH , SUICIDAL

6.Some member from Ação Direta have another proyect? band? zine? label?
Yes ! Our drummer Marcão plays since 4 years with the melodic HC band DEAD FISH that very famous in Brasil
I run with a small distro / label called BOMBARDEIO DISTRO !
The others plays now only in AÇÃO DIRETA

7.How you see the actual hardcore scene in Brasil?
We have one of the biggest scenne around the world. Lots of things are happend here in Brasl and not only in São Paulo or Rio De Janeiro and Minas Gerais.
I'm talking about all states. We have people workng hard and lots of bands , gigs , labels , web sites , distros , zines happend in othewrs plaeces of Brasil and it was great.
We have very old shool bands like RATOS DE PORÃO and AÇÃO DIRETA playing all of these years without never stoped and despite our bad economic situation
people here use criativity and dedication.
We have some specific places to play that are surviving for years and lots of bands are comming for the other countries around the workd and lots of new bands arise every day !

8.What you think about the actual political corruption?
Unfortunately this karma and carry this rotten culture that is rooted in our culture.
Our justice is flawed and impunity and laws deteriorated and old favor this practice.
In Brazil we have real thieves and criminals involved in politics and government and this has caused a bad measurements without the people and the
country as a whole.
I really hate all of them and I hate them and all their lies and practices and and is hard to catch them because they hide inside their own laws.

9.Plans in Ação Direta?
We have a new album now and we star to celebrate 25 yeras old with the band ! Our plas now ..... ROAD !
We wanna Work hard to promote the new album and play lots of gigs.
We wanna visit other countries in south america too and we are waiting for some invites and contacts too !
We expect invitations from South American producers for concerts, festivals, and also labels interested in licensing the new album
WORLD FREAK SHOW !!!

Interview - Bowel Stew

1.Que tal maniaco,como va todo en Bowel Stew?
Great. Thanks. We're now working on the songs for our upcoming album. It will be our 3rd full length. We're a pretty slow band, it will take years to be released.

2.Cuentanos como llega a descomponerse Bowel Stew?
The band started in 1996, created by Omar (guitars and vocals) and Riccardo (drums). After 17 years and many line up changes, we're still a duo.

6.Cuentanos como es la escena goregrind en Italia,que bandas hay? que festivales? hay fanzines goregrind?
Not really into the italian scene. By the way I can recommend you a very sick goregrind band called
Cannibe: ultra gory shit!!! Check them out.

7.Algun cadaver de Bowel Stew tiene otro proyecto?
I play drums in an old school death metal band called Horrid. This band is active since 1996 and the sound is pure ancient swedish death in the vein of Grave, Dismember, Grotesque etc.
8.Eres amante del cine gore?
Yeah for sure. Italy is famous for its cult gore movies and directors: Argento, Lenzi, Deodato, D'Amato etc. I'm also into Jess Franco, Van Bebber, Schnaass, Buttgereit and Rollin, just to name a few.

9.Que opinas sobre el actual Carcass?
No problem about their reunion. Hope to see them live in the future, although it would have been better seeing them in 1989 eheheh.

Entrevista - Alhambre

Alhambre es:
L: Lucho (voz)

1.Saludos,que tal como va todo en Alhambre?
G: Hola! todo muy bien!

2.Cuentanos como se forma Alhambre,quien dio la iniciativa a esta banda de hardcore,quienes fueron los primeros miembros?
L: La banda se inicia con Cesar Araujo (Asmereir), y los hermanos Lucho y Jorge De la Quintana en 1999 cuando Mark (ASM) se va a vivir a San Francisco y los 3 decidimos hacer una banda Hardcore, luego de unos primeros ensayos Cesar deja la banda e Ingresa Carlos Zacarias (Anfo), luego de probar algunos bajistas ingresa Cesar Morales que seria el primer bajista oficial de la banda, con esta formación se graba el demo 2001 y debutamos en el averno en abril de ese año. Luego Carlos Zacarias y Cesar Morales dejan la banda e ingresan Luis Felipe De los Heros (Lornaz) en el bajo y regresa Cesar Araujo en la batería, con esta formación grabamos un EP que nunca salió en físico, solo se distribuyo por internet y repartió algunos Cd’s a los amigos, en el 2004 con esta misma formación se graba el primer disco de la banda “Un Solo Camino”, Cesar Morales regresa a la banda y Luis Felipe pasa a tocar segunda guitarra.
En el 2005 ingresa Alessandro Coluccelli (Play Attenchon) en la batería y con esa formación en el 2008 grabamos el segundo disco llamado “Entre el Tiempo y la Distancia”, luego en el 2010 Luis Felipe deja la banda por temas de estudios e ingresa Gonzalo Lopez (Metamorphosis).

4.Como ves la actual escena hardcore en Perú?
L: La escena se a mantenido durante todos estos años, cuando nosotros comenzábamos no existía en si una escena hardcore, la fuimos formando de a pocos, y con el tiempo se fue sumando mas gente y bandas, algunas ya no están mas otras seguimos aquí, pero se ha ido renovando salieron también nuevas bandas y nueva gente se fue sumando, lo ideal seria que la gente permanezca en el tiempo e ir sumando no remplazandolas, pero bueno es lo que pasa en todos lados, las bandas ahora se preocupan mas por sonar bien, grabar mejores materiales, hacer mejores shows, salir de gira....eso esta bueno, por darte un ejemplo este año 3 bandas peruanas de hardcore salieron de gira, Trascender, Conflicto Urbano y Alhambre visitaron Argentina, Conflicto Urbano hizo gira por casi todo sudamerica eso hace que también nuestra escena sea reconocida afuera y esta bueno eso.

5.En que se basan para escribir las letras de Alhambre?
L: En momentos, experiencias, en lo que vemos alrededor nuestro, en el primer demo las letras eran mas enfocadas a la política por el momento que pasábamos, luego se enfoco mas en la escena la amistad,unión, resistir ante la adversiadades mas que nada un mensaje positivo por que era el momento en que estábamos formando la escena, la cual estuvo paralizada por un tiempo y en el ultimo disco algunas siguen esa línea y otras son mas temas personales, desamor, metaforas cosas que pasamos todos.

6.Influencias? Madball? Agnostic Front?
J: De echo son algunas de nuestras influencias mas de los primeros discos, y tuvimos el agrado de tocar y compartir buenos momentos con ellos en Lima, pero tenemos muchas influencias distintas, escuchamos mucha música y mucho Hardcore de diferentes ramas, Old School, NYHC, Youth Crew, Revival o Modern Hardcore que le llaman entre otras cosas y generos. En realidad hacemos lo que nos nace si pensar mucho en sonar con tal banda, es como meter todas las influencias en licuadora y hacer un surtido de todo lo que nos gusta.

7.Que opinas sobre las corridas de toros que se dan en nuestro país?
C: Estamos totalmente en contra, es un circo donde maltratan a animales indefensos para la diversión de la clase burguesa o los que intentan parecerlo, calificándolo de cultura. en la banda no todos somos vegetarianos pero si hay integrantes vegetarianos y straight edge.

8.Algun miembro de Alhambre tiene otro proyecto? ya sea otra banda,sello,fanzine,productora?
A: Gonzalo toca en The Satellite y formó parte de Metamorphosis. Alessandro toca en Play Attenchon y Millones De Colores.

Aparte, Gonzalo tiene a "Punk As Fuck", su productora de eventos (ponle el nombre que prefieras) con quienes han traido a un sinfín de bandas (NOFX, Bad Religion, No Use For A Name, Comeback Kid, Sick Of It All, Agnostic Front, New Found Glory, etc.)

9.Planes futuros?
A:Estamos en el proceso de composición de nuestro tercer disco, esperando poder entrar a grabarlo a inicios del próximo año y que pueda salir a mitad de ése. También intentaremos poder presentarlo en la mayor cantidad de sitios posibles y poder hacer una mini gira por sudamérica para presentarlo (priorizando ir a los países los cuales no hemos visitado aún). También estamos viendo todo el proceso de poder lanzar este nuevo disco en vinilo, lo cual sería un logro personal para la banda después de tantos años.
